I hope your back is not bothering you anymore.

My father replied to my email hinting a question about why I was angry at him but I didn’t go into it just sent another warm reply. I’m going to keep that email communication up. (I talk to my mom on the phone usually but I will also try to write to her as I think she would appreciate an old-fashioned letter.)

This week I am going to write a minimum of a page a day. If stuck, I’m still going to spend two hours actively trying to put words on paper. Every day. I’ve never really tried this method so we’ll see how it goes.
