My idea is that the 52 tweaks concept will work because:
- small changes add up yet are manageable
- I (you) can do almost anything for just a week
- it’s completely built around my (your) needs from week to week
- relies on your intuition/inner guide as to what to change
- no need to turn life upside down making drastic all-at-once changes
- no book to read
- no guru to tell you what you should and should not do
- simple, effective, lasting changes (if you want them to be)
- no need for perfection
- can retain all changes which work, abandon those which don’t
- constant change = interesting
- cumulative effect over time is what leads to change
- adaptable: each week, do what seems most useful
